Hice unos deliciosos panes dulces con frutas confitadas. Muy fácil de hacer. Una amiga muy querida me enseñó un diciembre a hacer pan de jamón y luego de esa experiencia me gustó y probé algunas recetas con panes, de verdad es asombroso que bueno quedan hechas en casa. Así que aprovecho de compartir con ustedes en pocos pasos y con pocos ingredientes un sabroso pan dulce, ideal para el desayuno o la merienda.

I made some delicious sweet breads with candied fruits. Very easy to make. A very dear friend of mine taught me one December to make ham bread and after that experience I liked it and tried some recipes with breads, it is really amazing how good they are homemade. So I take the opportunity to share with you in a few steps and with few ingredients a tasty sweet bread, ideal for breakfast or snack.
Ingredientes:

30 grs de levadura

80 grs de mantequilla
2 huevos

Para empezar, coloco en un tazón un poco de agua tibia con una cucharada de azúcar la levadura, remuevo y dejo en un lugar oscuro durante 15 minutos donde no haya corriente de aire. La coloqué en el horno.

Then I put them on a buttered plate. I cut a slit in the middle of the cake and then I put egg, candied fruit and a little sugar on top.
Los deje leudar unos 30 minutos y los llevé al horno de 180 grados, por unos 30 minutos. Claro todo dependerá de cada horno.
