Hoy hice unas mini donas. Muy sencillas de hacer y buenas para la merienda en casa. Tiene un proceso pero el resultado es muy bueno.
Aquí te describo como las hice y que ingredientes utilice.

Today I made some mini donuts. Very simple to make and good for a snack at home. It has a process but the result is very good.
Here I describe how I made them and what ingredients I used.
INGREDIENTES:
350 grs de harina de trigo
50 ml de leche
10 grs de levadura
20 grs de mantequilla
65 grs de azúcar
1 huevo.
Una cuharadita de vainilla.
Para la cubierta:
Chocolate en polvo o cacao
Leche
Maizina
INGREDIENTS:
350 grs wheat flour
50 ml of milk
10 grams of yeast
20 grams of butter
65 grams of sugar
1 egg.
A teaspoon of vanilla.
For the topping:
Chocolate powder or cocoa
Milk
Cornstarch
Procedimiento:
Coloqué la levadura con azúcar juntamente con la leche tibia por quince minutos para que leude.
Procedure:
I put the yeast with sugar together with the warm milk for fifteen minutes to leaven.
Esperando este tiempo, preparé el chocolate que sería para la cubierta. Con leche líquida coloqué maizina.
Waiting for this time, I prepared the chocolate that would be used for the coating. With liquid milk, I added cornstarch.
Al colocarla al fuego lento, le agregué chocolate y mezclé hasta que espese.
When I put it on low heat, I added chocolate and stirred until it thickened.
Esto lo dejo enfriar. Entre tanto puedo empezar a tamizar la harina en un tazón grande, y reservo un poco.
I let this cool. In the meantime I can start sifting the flour in a large bowl, and reserve some of it.
Coloco luego la levadura, el azúcar, los huevos y la mantequilla.
I then add the yeast, sugar, eggs and butter.
Mezclamos con una cuchara al principio para ir uniendo bien cada ingrediente.
Mix with a spoon at the beginning to combine each ingredient well.
Coloco el resto de la harina y trabajo la masa sobre una mesa.
I place the rest of the flour and work the dough on a table.
Esta masa debe ir a reposar como por 40 minutos o hasta que doble su tamaño.
This dough should rest for about 40 minutes or until it doubles in size.
Después de este tiempo, se puede estirar y con un vaso o un cortador, procedemos a sacar las donas.
After this time, it can be stretched and with a glass or a cutter, we proceed to remove the donuts.
Les saqué el centro con una tapa más pequeña y las coloqué en una bandeja y le di un tiempo más de reposo.
I scooped out the center with a smaller lid and placed them on a tray and gave them some more resting time.
Ahora coloqué un sartén con aceite caliente y las freí, hay que estar pendiente de bajar el fuego a medio pues se queman muy rápido.
Now I placed a frying pan with hot oil and fried them, be careful to lower the heat to medium because they burn very quickly.
Luego les coloqué el chocolate que había preparado y están listas para degustar.
Then I put the chocolate I had prepared on them and they are ready to taste.
Yo no me atrevía a hacer estas recetas, pero me convencí de que no es difícil y que vale la pena hacer el intento. Y por supuesto preguntar, experimentar y aprender cada día. Así que las disfruto con mi familia. Y te invito a que puedas hacerlo también.
