Un saludo para todos, hermosa comunidad Hive!, es la primera vez que hago esta mermelada y me encantó su sabor y textura. Además me trajo recuerdos con mi familia italiana pues fue la primera vez que probé una mermelada de naranja, y ese sabor me la hizo recordar.
Te cuento como la hice y que ingredientes necesité, es sumamente fácil.

I'll tell you how I made it and what ingredients I needed, it is very easy.
Ingredientes:
1/2 kilo de mandarinas
500 gr de azúcar

Pasos para la Elaboración:
Pelamos muy bien las mandarinas y quitamos las membranas blancas.

Peel the mandarins very well and remove the white membranes.
Después de esto las corté en cuatro cada gajo, y extraje las semillas
After that, I cut them into four pieces each, and extracted the seeds.
Luego de tenerlas todas, las coloqué en una olla.
After I had them all, I put them in a pot.
Le coloqué azúcar y un cuatro de vaso de agua, la llevé al fuego, removí constantemente con una cuchara de madera. Rectifiqué el sabor, si necesitara ser más dulce y le agregué azúcar.
I added sugar and four glasses of water, took it to the fire, stirred constantly with a wooden spoon. I adjusted the flavor, if it needed to be sweeter and added sugar.
Después de más o menos una hora, está cambiando de color y textura, así que la apago y envaso en frascos de vidrio.
After about an hour, it is changing color and texture, so I turn it off and pack it in glass jars.
