2 a 3 plátanos

Hello my dear readers and lovers of good food, today I want to share with you a delicious recipe that when you make it you will have another option for your breakfasts, dinners or as a garnish for a meal during your lunches.
It's about stuffed plantains.
I like to wait until they are a bit ripe, so they get sweeter.
2 to 3 bananas
2 tablespoons of butter
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons of muscovado sugar
1 1/2 cups of water
Remove the peel from the bananas.
Cut them into 2 pieces.
Place a large frying pan on the cooker over medium heat, add the sugar and 1/2 cup of water.
Place the plantains in the pan and let the water reduce until the surface of the plantains are golden brown.
Once browned, add 1 cup of water, cover and cook, turning occasionally.
Cook the plantains over low heat, covered until completely dry.
Let them brown, turning them until the whole surface has a colour according to your taste.
Once browned, cut open the centre with a knife and add butter and grated or string cheese.
Cover and let the steam finish melting the cheese.
I show you how delicious these plantains are.
You can put half a cream on top if you wish.
These bananas can be prepared in approximately 20 minutes.
This recipe with the addition of a little cinnamon powder and condensed milk is a very tasty dessert.
