Hola saludos cordiales a todos, que bueno poder comentarles nuevamente de mis preparaciones, en esta oportunidad les cuento de una bebida muy común en Venezuela, muy conocida , a todos nos encanta, en cualquier esquina alguien la vende, pero siempre me pregunté como hacerla que tuviera ese sabor tan peculiar del vendedor, y pues conseguí a alguien que me enseño como prepararla, desde ahí no he dejado de hacerla, porque me encanta a mi y a todos en mi casa, les cuento como preparar este nutritivo postre. Es una bebida a base solo de arroz, se combina con azúcar y canela.
Hello cordial greetings to all, how nice to be able to tell you again of my preparations, this time I tell you about a very common drink in Venezuela, very well known, we all love it, in any corner someone sells it, but I always wondered how to make it to have that peculiar flavor of the seller, and then I got someone who taught me how to prepare it, since then I have not stopped making it, because I love it to me and everyone in my house, I tell you how to prepare this nutritious dessert. It is a drink based only on rice, combined with sugar and cinnamon.
Preparación:
- . El kg de arroz se debe remojar por 2 días en la nevera.
Preparation:
- The kg of rice should be soaked for 2 days in the refrigerator.
- Pasado estos dos días, se bota el agua y se licua el arroz con nueva agua filtrada.
- After these two days, the water is discarded and the rice is liquefied with new filtered water.
- Luego de licuar bien todo se lleva a cocinar en caldero sin colar, agregando en este punto canela en palo.
- After blending everything well, it is cooked in a cauldron without straining, adding at this point cinnamon stick.
- Se comienza a dar cuerpo a nuestra mezcla con la cocción y paleteando, sin dejar de mover `para que no se formen grumos.

- Se sigue dando movimiento a la mezcla hasta que espese así como vemos acá, sin dejar de mover.

- Cuando esté espesa y comience a burbujear sabremos que está lista y apagamos.
- When it is thick and starts to bubble we will know it is ready and we turn it off.

- Dejamos enfriar y licuamos con muy poca agua para que quede bien espesa, suficiente azúcar, canela y vainilla.

- Servimos bien fría , con hielo, más canela leche condensada, es muy deliciosa.
