Greetings to all my sweet friends from this cute community! As I have told you in different publications, I am lovers of sweets, that is why I come to share with you a very simple way to prepare a delicious guava jam, the process is very simple, to make at home.
Ingredientes-Ingredients:
1 kilo de guayaba madura.
750 gramos de azúcar.
Nata al gusto.(opcional)
Agua.
1 kilo of ripe guava.
750 grams of sugar.
Cream to taste (optional)
Water.
Preparación-Preparation:
Wash and cut the guavas into squares. Then cook with enough water for 20 minutes.
Remove from the heat and let it cool, liquefy the entire mixture and place it in a pot, pass it through a strainer until all the seeds are separated.
Cook over low heat again and add the 750 grams of sugar little by little, stir with a wooden paddle.
Add a touch of cream to taste if you wish and let it cook until the desired consistency is achieved, stir without stopping to prevent the jam from sticking to the bottom.
Wait for it to reduce approximately ¼ of its volume to remove from heat and allow to cool.
If you want to keep for longer, I recommend using sterilized glass jars to keep in the refrigerator.
Our delicious guava jam is ready to spread on our cookies or whatever you want.
