How to Make Fried Stabbed Sausages with Sauce

I'm back again writing in this community...
This time I want to share a recipe for a dish that I made. The dish is simple. The dish is fried stabbed sausages with sauce. Do you like sausages?

I used "So Nice - Sozzis" branded sausages. One pack as in the photo contains 3 sausages, but left 2 because the other 1 I've used before.

Ingredients: Chicken meat, water, vegetable stabilizer, tapioca flour, soya protein, acidity regulator sodium lactate, vegetable oil, sugar, seasoning (contain stabilizer phosphate, flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, antioxidant ascorbic acid), salt, stabilizer phosphate (sodium pyrophosphate anhydride, sodium polyphosphate), antioxidant sodium erythorbate ■

I used chopsticks to stab the sausages.

HOW TO MAKE:

Remove the two sausages from their packaging. Cut each into 2. Stab each of the sausage pieces with a chopstick. Slice curvyly.

Coat all of the stabbed sausages with the mixture of crispy bakwan flour, salt, pepper, and water.

Coat with breadcrumbs. Fry in a frying pan with cooking oil. Lift and drain.

For sauce, is optional. I used a mixture of "Indofood" brand of awesome spicy chili sauce (saus sambal pedas dahsyat), "Indofood" brand of ketchup, and margarine. I stir-fried the mixture in teflon for a short time.

PLATING:

Put the fried stabbed sausages on a plate. Add the sauce.

It's up to you what you want to add. I added 3 dry seblak (seblak kering).
