This time I want to share about how to make boba with brown sugar. I also mixed it with a drink.
The drink I'm referring to is NutriSari with Moroccan Orange flavour.
Just put NutriSari in a glass, add water, stir, and chill in the refrigerator.

Ingredients for making boba with brown sugar:
- Nutrijell with chocolate flavor
Nutrijell is jelly powder made with seaweed.
- About 100 grams of tapioca flour
- Water
- Brown sugar
- Palmsuiker
How to make boba with brown sugar:
- Mix Nutrijell with chocolate flavor with tapioca flour.
- Add about 100 ml of hot water.
- Make the ingredients are well mixed and ready to be formed.
- Shape the dough into balls like in the image below.
- Boil them.
- Drain them.
- Put them in a container filled with water.
- Put the brown sugar in the stewpan.
- Add palmsuiker.
- Add water.
- Boil and do not forget to stir.
- Drain the boba which is in a container filled with water.
- Put the boba in the stewpan. Stir.
- Turn off the fire. Leave it for a few minutes.
Boba with brown sugar is ready.

Put some boba into the bottle, add the cooled NutriSari.
