Drink From Rambutans, Agar-agar, Nata De Coco, etc

This time I want to share about the drink I made. The drink is made of rambutans, agar-agar, nata de coco, etc.

  • Agar-agar powder (brown)
  • Rambutans that have been peeled and sliced
  • About 4 glasses of water
  • Sugar
  • Salt
  • Nata de coco
  • Ice cubes

About the nata de coco product I use:

Brand: KING COCO

Ingredients: Nata de coco (58.34%), water, sugar, synthetic cocopandan flavor, citric acid (acidity regulator E330). No artificial sweetener and no preservative

About the agar-agar powder product I use:

Net weight: 7 grams (I didn't use all)
Ingredients: Agar-agar powder, coloring brown HT CI 20285, synthetic vanilla flavor

I bought the agar-agar powder on an online shopping application called Shopee. Shopee is my favorite online shopping application.

How to make:

  • Put agar-agar powder and sugar into a stewpan containing about 2 glasses of water.

  • Bring to a boil and stir.

  • Put the agar-agar into two containers. Put it in the refrigerator.

  • Put about 2 glasses of water into a stewpan (I used another stewpan).

  • Add sugar (about 4 tablespoons) and salt.

  • Bring to a boil and stir.

  • After boiling, add the rambutans that have been peeled and sliced. Continue to boil for a few minutes.

  • Transfer from the stewpan to a bowl. Cool in the refrigerator.

  • Put the pieces of agar-agar into 5 glasses.

  • Add ice cubes.

  • Add nata de coco. Add the boiled rambutans (add the liquid too, guys, not just the rambutans).
