Today I show you a very rich and simple recipe that I love because I am a fan of chicken in all its presentations. This delicious dish that I made yesterday for my whole family consisted of chicken with strips of multiple vegetables, rice and slices of ripe banana. Honestly everyone loved it and we were pleased with the lunch I made on this day. I hope you like my recipe and it helps you.
INGREDIENTES / INGREDIENTS
Arroz / Rice
Plátano / Banana
Vegetales al gusto. Yo usé calabacín, cebolla, cebollín, ajíes, repollo / Vegetables to taste. I used zucchini, onion, chives, peppers, cabbage
Aceite / Oil
Sal al gusto / Salt to taste
PASOS / STEPS
I started by making the rice. At my house we fry it until the rice is a soft golden color and I add enough cups of water. Then I fried the plantains and continued with the chicken.
I cut the cabbage into strips and cut the other vegetables into squares so that they are more beautiful to look at and richer on the palate.
In a small frying pan I placed the vegetables and sautéed them with a little oil, salt and a touch of sugar to make them sweet and sour.
Later, I sautéed the chicken in a larger pan that we call a cauldron and put it together with the rest of the ingredients.
The end result would be this, a divine plate of rice with chicken and vegetables that represents a great lunch pleasure. It is a fairly simple recipe that we can vary with salad, with another type of carbohydrate or with less fat. I leave the amounts to your preference.
