Nuevamente con nuestros amigos Kerit y Wilkins como cada vez que reunimos inventamos una receta para disfrutar y compartir juntos, anoche se trató de unos deliciosos choripanes con queso fundido que acompañamos con Coca Cola. Aunque esta vez tuvimos un nuevo invitado, un nuevo amigo que se quiere unir a nuestro grupo y se llama Carlos.
Again with our friends Kerit and Wilkins as every time we meet we invent a recipe to enjoy and share together, last night it was some delicious choripanes with melted cheese that we accompany with Coca Cola. Although this time we had a new guest, a new friend who wants to join our group and his name is Carlos.

Comenzamos cocinando los chorizos, lo bueno es que no tuvimos que ponerle aceite ni nada. Es solo el sarten y ponerlos allí. Lo bueno es que teníamos variedad, compramos un kilo por solo 25000 pesos colombianos y habían de varios tipos. Asarlos solo tardaba unos 5 minutos.
We started by cooking the chorizos, the good thing is that we didn't have to add oil or anything. It's just the pan and putting them in there. The good thing is that we had variety, we bought a kilo for only 25,000 Colombian pesos and there were several types. Roasting them only took about 5 minutes.
Desde picantes hasta aliñados y lo bueno es que nuestro amigo Carlos quien se encargó de hacer las compras compró también dos tipos de salsas. Una salsa de tocineta y otra Ranch que estaban buenísimas y agregamos encima de todos nuestros ingredientes.
From spicy to seasoned and the good thing is that our friend Carlos, who was in charge of doing the shopping, also bought two types of sauces. A bacon sauce and another Ranch that were delicious and we added on top of all our ingredients.
Para preparar el mejor queso fundido pusimos a derretir la mantequilla en una olla, batimos un poco de leche y se la agregamos una vez derretida esta, por ultimo agregamos los trozos de queso amarillo tipo cheddar y solo esperamos que espese un poco y listo.
To prepare the best melted cheese, we melt the butter in a pot, beat a little milk and add it once it is melted, finally we add the pieces of yellow cheddar cheese and we just wait for it to thicken a little and that's it.
Para rellenar los panes comenzamos a calentarlos en el microondas por solo 15 segundos, posteriormente empezamos agregando nuestro ingrediente principal que es el chorizo, seguidamente la cebolla cortada en trozos muy pequeños, luego las papas fritas y sin duda alguna la salsa de tocineta y ranch para darle un mejor toque. Lo ultimo que agregamos es el queso fundido.
To fill the loaves we start to heat them in the microwave for only 15 seconds, then we start adding our main ingredient which is the chorizo, then the onion cut into very small pieces, then the French fries and without a doubt the bacon and ranch sauce for give it a better touch. The last thing we add is the melted cheese.
Para gustos de cada persona, agregamos mayonesa. Sin duda alguna puedo decir que son unos deliciosos choripanes. Muy fáciles de preparar y no se gasta tanto dinero. Ideales para compartir con amigos y pasar una noche de comer comida suculentamente deliciosa. Espero que les haya gustado. ¡Saludos!
