Seafood Broiled Rice

Served in a burning ironware. Shrimp, salmon, kinshi tamago, and butter are on top of the rice. Style to mix by yourself after serving. It's not fried rice but roasted rice, so it doesn't seem to be scorched. Serve in small portions.

Above all, butter is delicious. Seafood and rice are well mixed with butter and sweet sauce, and you will never get tired of it. The taste is strange at the end.Add the soup stock provided to make ochazuke. I knew it would be delicious even before I ate it, and it was actually delicious.
