Hello friends of Movies&TVShows welcome, this movie was stored in a forgotten folder on my computer and I stumbled upon it while doing some digital cleaning, is a work that was released in 2007 a few years ago is old but I had not seen it, has the actuacciones of John Cusack and Samuel L. John is a writer of stories and haunted hotels who does not believe in ghosts, as I mentioned before, he visits different places inquiring about their history and the events that surround them, one morning checking his mail he finds a postcard from a hotel in New York that tells him never to go to 1408, which he finds greasy because the sum of the digits gives 13 and in most hotels eliminate that floor for their properties, He begins to investigate and realizes that many people have died in that room so he decides to book it but it is not available on any date, it has been closed forever, this motivates him to want to know more and with the help of his publishing house he gets a reservation but before going through the filter of the manager Samuel who takes them to his office trying to persuade him to give up his decision. The manager shows him a folder where is the record of all the deaths and their causes, some are suicides others of suspicious natural causes but this intrigues even more the writer who manages to stay one night in the room, from there begins a nightmare for John, paranormal events begin to happen and his fears begin to come to the surface disturbing more your stay, he looks at things, gets hurt and begins an endless chain of events, until everything ends unexpectedly, returns to normal but it turns out that this is not the end.

Hola amigos de Movies&TVShows bienvenidos, esta película estaba guardada en una carpeta olvidada en mi computador y me tope con ella mientras hacia algo de limpieza digital, es una obra que se estreno en el 2007 hace unos cuantos años es vieja pero yo no la había visto, cuenta con las actuaciones de John Cusack y Samuel L. Jackson ambos actores reconocidos de la industria del cine, por lo que pensé que no podía ser tan mala y le di una oportunidad, un sábado en la mañana mientras no había electricidad en casa y llovía, creo que fue el momento perfecto para verla. John es un escritor de historias y hoteles embrujados que no cree en fantasmas, como mencione anteriormente, visita diferentes lugares indagando sobre su historia y los sucesos que los envuelven, una mañana revisando su correo se encuentra con una tarjeta postal de un hotel en Nueva York que le indica que nunca vaya al 1408, cosa que le parece gracioso porque la suma de los dígitos da 13 y en la mayoría de los hoteles eliminan ese piso por supersticiones, comienza a investigar y se da cuenta que han muertos muchas personas en esa habitación por lo que decide reservarla pero no esta disponible en ninguna fecha, ha sido clausurada para siempre, esto lo motiva a querer saber mas y con la ayuda de su casa editorial consigue una reservación pero antes de pasar por el filtro del gerente Samuel quien los lleva a su oficina tratando de persuadirlo y que desista de su decisión. El gerente le muestra una carpeta donde esta el registro de todas las muertes y sus causas, algunas son suicidios otras de causas naturales sospechosas pero esto intriga aun mas al escritor que consigue quedarse una noche en la habitación, a partir de alli comienza una pesadilla para John, comienzan a suceder eventos paranormales y sus miedos comienzan a salir a flote perturbando mas tu estancia, mira cosas, se lastima y comienza una cadena de eventos interminables, hasta que todo termina de forma inesperada, vuelve a la normalidad pero resulta que este no es el fin.

🎥 It starts slow and after half an hour it starts to get more interesting having a rhythm of intensity, decline, rise again, it was a scale of emotions too abrupt for my taste, in a moment I was very entertained and living all the action and after a while I was dying of boredom, I literally dozed off and saw how much time was left to finish, that time became very long for me. 🎥 I didn't like the ending, I felt that something was missing or they went overboard. 🎥 I liked the special effects and I think they were ahead of their time. 🎥 Its plot is interesting for those who love deja vu and the paranormal, but it is not a horror movie as you might think. 🎥 I give it a score of 6 out of 10.

🎥 Comienza de forma lenta y luego de media hora comienza hacerse mas interesante teniendo un ritmo de intensidad, descenso, otra vez subida, fue una escala de emociones demasiado bruscas para mi gusto, en un momento estaba muy entretenida y viviendo toda la acción y al rato me estaba muriendo de aburrimiento, literalmente me adormecí y veía cuanto le faltaba para terminar, ese tiempo se me hizo muy largo. 🎥 No me gusto su final, sentí que falto algo o se extendieron de mas. 🎥 Los efectos especiales me gustaron y me parecen que estuvieron adelantados a su época. 🎥 Su argumento es interesante para los amantes de los dejavu y lo paranormal, pero no es una película de terror como se pudiera pensar. 🎥 Obviando su cierre no estuvo tan mal y le doy una puntuación de 6 sobre 10.
