El llamado a todas las mujeres es a la autoexploración de la mama o autoexamen, y ante cualquier bulto, textura extraña consultar al médico, un diagnóstico temprano puede marcar la diferencia. Tócate, explorate y conoce tu cuerpo.

Para conmemorar este mes rosa, decidí hacer para el desayuno, unas panquecas rosas de cambur y avena, son deliciosas y hermosas. Para ellas necesitaremos.

♀️1taza de harina de trigo
♀️2 cucharadas de mantequilla
♀️1 huevo
♀️150 ml de leche
♀️2 cambures
♀️1/2 taza de avena
♀️3 cucharadas de azúcar
♀️1 remolacha sancochada
♀️Vainilla
♀️1 cup of wheat flour
♀️2 tablespoons of butter
♀️1 egg 150 ml of milk
♀️2 camburs
♀️1/2 cup oatmeal
♀️3 tablespoons sugar
♀️1 boiled beet

Lo primero que haremos será en un bowl agregamos la mantequilla y el azúcar, con un batidor mezclamos bien.

Luego le agregamos el huevo a la mezcla y batimos hasta integrar todo.
Then add the egg to the mixture and beat until everything is blended.
En una licuadora agregamos la remolacha picada en cuadritos y la leche y licuamos.

A la mezcla de mantequilla, azúcar y huevo le agregamos un chorrito de vainilla y mezclamos.

Los cambures los trituramos con un tenedor, y los agregamos a nuestra mezcla e integramos bien.

En un sartén antiadherente, agregamos una parte de la mezcla y cocinamos a fuego bajo, cuando haga unos hoyitos en la parte a arriba es momento de voltearla, y así vamos cocinando todas las panquecas.

Quedan hermosas, yo las acompañe con bananas y miel... Ustedes puedes acompañarla con lo que quieran.
