Hoy paso por aquí para compartir con ustedes una de mis maneras favoritas de comer los huevos, les hablo de unos huevos con espinacas, son riquísimos y muy nutritivos por todo lo que nos aporta la espinaca en convinacion con el huevo.
Today I'm here to share with you one of my favorite ways to eat eggs, I'm talking about eggs with spinach, they are delicious and very nutritious because of everything that spinach brings us in combination with eggs.
Les voy a dejar el paso a paso de como lo hice, para que se animen a realizarlo en casa, la espinaca tiene mucha vitamina C y K es muy buena para el organismo, quiero invitarlos a que la incluyan en su dieta por lo menos una vez a la semana 😉
I am going to leave you the step by step of how I did it, so that you are encouraged to make it at home, spinach has a lot of vitamin C and K is very good for the body, I want to invite you to include it in your diet at least once a week 😉.
For these Eggs with Spinach, we need 📝
3 Huevos.
300 gr de Espinacas.
1 Cebolla.
3 dientes de ajo.
Sal y pimienta.
Lo primero que haremos será, lavar muy bien las espinacas, luego en agua bien caliente las agregamos y tapamos por 4 o 5 minutos aproximadamente. Luego sacamos del agua escurrimos y picamos finamente.
The first thing we will do is to wash the spinach very well, then in very hot water we add it and cover it for 4 or 5 minutes approximately. Then remove from the water, drain and chop finely.
Ahora picamos la cebolla finamente y los ajos, reservamos.
Now finely chop the onion and garlic, set aside.
Luego tomamos los huevos y los vertemos en un bowl, le agregamos sal y pimienta, mezclamos para integrar muy bien y reservamos.
Then we take the eggs and pour them in a bowl, add salt and pepper, mix to integrate very well and set aside.
En un sartén caliente con un poco de aceite, agregamos la cebolla y el ajo, dejamos cocinar a fuego bajo, har que la cebolla de cristalicen.
In a hot pan with a little oil, add the onion and garlic, cook over low heat, until the onion crystallizes.
Agregamos las espinacas y mezclamos con la cebolla y el ajo.
Add the spinach and mix with the onion and garlic.
Ahora le agregamos los huevos batidos y mezclamos hasta que el huevo se cociné, rectificamos la sal si hace falta.
Now add the beaten eggs and mix until the egg is cooked, add salt if necessary.
Y así de divino a la vista nos quedará nuestros Huevos con Espinacas.
