Lately I have been wanting to expand the availability of legumes in my diet, improve the nutritional quality of my snacks, snacks, breakfasts...
I have known for a long time that they can be incorporated into sweet recipes and get excellent results. For that reason I researched some recipes and taking something from one and another I got this one that today I want to share with you.
They are brownie style cookies. Doesn't it sound great? Well, it is!
I invite you to pay attention to the step by step and I encourage you to try it. They yield a lot, and it is an excellent substitute for the ultra-processed foods that invade the shelves of all supermarkets and grocery stores.
You will notice satiety after consuming one or two cookies, and I think that denotes the quality of the food and the absence of refined and additives with addictive effects that make us can not stop eating until we see the end of the package of commercial brand cookies, in addition to the tranquility of knowing each of the ingredients that we are incorporating into our body.

ESPÚltimamente venia con ganas de ampliar la disponibilidad de legumbres en mi dieta, mejorar la calidad nutritiva de mis snacks, meriendas, desayunos…
Hace tiempo que sé que se pueden incorporar a recetas dulces y obtener excelentes resultados. Por esa razón investigué algunas recetas y sacando algo de una y otra logré ésta que hoy quiero compartirles.
Son cookies estilo brownie. No suena genial? Pues lo es!
Les invito a que presten atención al paso a paso y les animo a que lo prueben. Rinden un montón, y es un excelente sustituto de los alimentos ultraprocesados que invaden las góndolas de todos los supermercados y kisocos.
Notarán saciedad luego de consumir una o dos cookies, y creo que eso denota la calidad del alimento y la ausencia de refinados y aditivos con efectos adictivos que hacen que no podamos dejar de comer hasta no ver el final del paquete de galletas de marcas comerciales, además de la tranquilidad de saber cada uno de los ingredientes que estamos incorporando a nuestro organismo.



WHAT WILL YOU NEED? // QUE VAS A NECESITAR?

ENGESP
150gr of cooked black beans.
1/4 cup of neutral oil.
100gr of semi bitter or bitter chocolate.
150 gr of flour (I mixed whole wheat flour and coarse oatmeal).
70 gr of brown sugar.
50gr of bitter cocoa.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
handful of peanuts.
150gr de porotos negros cocidos.
1/4 taza de aceite neutro.
100gr de chocolate semiamargo o amargo.
150gr de harina (Yo mezclé harina integral y avena gruesa).
70 gr de azucar rubia.
50 gr de cacao amargo.
1 cdita de bicarbonato de sodio.
Puñado de mani.


AND NOW WHAT? // Y AHORA QUE?


Process the beans and puree them, for this you will have to add water a little at a time taking care not to overdo it. Set aside.

ESPProcesar los porotos y llevarlos a punto puré, para esto deberás agregarle agua de a poco cuidando de no pasarte. Reservar.

Add the oil and sugar.
Add the processed beans. Mix well.

ESPIncorporar el aceite y el azucar.
Agregarle los porotos procesados. Integrar.

Melt the chocolate. I did it in the microwave in 30 second intervals. You can also melt it in a double boiler.
Add it to the mixture.

ESPDerretir el chocolate. Yo lo hice en el microondas en intervalos de 30 segundos. También puedes derretirlo a baño maria.
Incorporarlo a la mezcla.

Chop the peanuts into medium pieces. Set aside.

ESPPica el maní en trozos medianos. Reserva.

Add the flour, the baking powder and the sifted and previously integrated cocoa and integrate until a dough is formed. Add the peanuts.

ESPAgregar la harina, el polvo de hornear y el cacao tamizado y previamente integrado e integrar hasta formar una masa. Agregar el maní.

Form small balls, flatten them and place them on a previously oiled and floured plate.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at medium temperature.

ESPFormar bolitas, aplastarlas y disponerlas en una placa previamente aceitada y harinada.
Lleva al horno precalentado por unos 20 min a temperatura media.

ESPEstarán listas cuando las toques y no se hundan. También puedes sacarlas un poco antes si quieres que queden húmedas en el centro.
