I was time for lunch though pressed with work but was willing to go get lunch somewhere close by but l had a call from my friend who's the staff with floxy Food, she came just by the office to make this happen.

This was indeed an awesome experience, Wednesday with a difference, l was not expecting it but am told my boss ask them to give me the nice treat.
I have always loved nodules expercially when being prepared by an individual who knows what to do and with my recipe (much vegetables)
This is when the modules is being parboiled, to soften it and separate the strands, she had to sift it to get the excess water away from it.

Ok as soon as the pot is hot you begin to apply or add the vegetables....... yes the vegetables into the hot oil by frying it ok and allow them to cook inside the oil that is the carrot, green beans, and whatever vegetable you want to. ... yes you want to use to you're applying you add it to the hot oil and allow it to cook for a little while

As you can see the vegetables is boiled so you turn it and then add the noodles that was already parboiled into the the content of the pot then allow it cook for a while ou then you turn it to mix the vegetables with the noodles after all the seasoning have been added for effective taste.

Here you have already boild egg, you sclice it into your desired size on the the surface of the well cooked nodules and in few minutes it's ready for the stomach infrastructure that is consumption.
Today l learnt something new about preparing the noodles very simple, smart, delicious and yummy.
