Hello my dear friends, I hope you are having a great night, afternoon or tomorrow, today I come with you to share a recipe that, in an afternoon as a family I thought to make, it is about arepas burguers, during conversations and jokes, we talked about burgers and then I said why not change the hamburger bread for an arepa? Well, I dared to do it and here I leave you as I did.
500gr de Harina Pan
500gr de Carne Molida
Sus respectivas salsas (salsa de tomate, mayonesa)
500gr of Bread Flour
500gr of Ground Beef
Their respective sauces (tomato sauce, mayonnaise)
Primeramente debemos preparar la masa y armar nuestras bolas de masa para nuestras arepas, y la llevamos al sartén para que se cocinen.
First we must prepare the dough and assemble our balls of dough for our arepas, and we take it to the pan to cook.
Then we go with the preparation of the meat, in a cauldron we add the meat and season it with salt, pepper, garlic sauce, and other seasonings that you have at home, we let it sew for about 10 minutes until it turns a light color .
Then after having the meat cooked we add their respective dressings (onion, chili, paprika, and tomato sauce to taste). We stir until everything is integrated.
After we have finished with the meat, we beat 3 eggs to make some omelets.
After having the arepas, the meat and the tortillas, we are going to prepare the cabbage, the carrot and the tomato.
Finally after having everything ready, we go to the filling process, we chop the arepa and we fill it with the cabbage, the carrot, the ground meat, the tomato, the tortilla and finally the sauces.
Well my friends it's all for today, thanks for reading me, I hope you liked my post and are encouraged to do it, many regards.
