Hello dear family of my Hive, I hope you are in good health, as a lover of cooking today I come to join in a contest led by the friend @zord189, where fish is the theme to follow, I will share a traditional dish of my Country Venezuela fish with cassava and salad a tasty lunch to enjoy with family.
Venezuelans are fascinated by the taste of fish 70% eat fish, as it has many vitamins, phosphorus and others, there are many ways to try its wonderful taste, it is great here I leave the preparation of my recipe the fish is called Picua, I hope you can put it into practice at home, it is very easy and delicious.
Ingredientes:
- 1 kilo de pescado.
- 1 kilo de yuca.
- 100 gramos de tomate.
- Un pepino grande.
- 100 gramos de cebolla.
- Un aguacate.
- Sal.
- Aceite.

Paso 1: Se le quita la concha a la yuca y se coloca a calentar agua y sal al gusto, cuando este ya hirviendo se agregan y se apaga el fuego cuando la yuca tenga una contextura blanda .

Les compartiré una historia cuando tenia al rededor de 8 años de edad, no me gustaba el pescado, pero era que me daba sentimiento la cara del pescado y no aprobaba el pescado, mis padres me regañaban, pero al ver aquel animal en el plato me daba lastima con el pescado y no podía comerlo, ahora que soy adulta fue que aprobé aquella delicia del mar, la nostalgia que le tenia por los pescado había desaparecido y ahora me gusta muchísimo, en la maneras que me la pongan se me hace fácil ingerirlo. El plato de pescado es tan sabroso que me gusta frito, guisado, en sopa, al horno como sea me gusta.
