A Christmas Dessert, Mango Graham, as my entry for the Hive Top Chef Competition by @qurator. I am so happy on the result of it even though we just made it few hours before Christmas. It was rushed because my son suddenly crave for it and asked me to make Mango Graham.
- All purpose cream
- Condensed milk
- Graham Crackers
- Mangoes
Whisking the all purpose cream until it textures doubles or thicken.
Once the desired texture was achieved, I added the condensed milk.
Then I mixed it again until the two ingredients have blended well.

Poured the mixture of condensed milk and all purpose cream.
After that, I put the sliced mangoes. I have sliced them too thin. I guess I have to cut them in another shape next time to fill it easily with mangoes.
Then I just repeat these steps few more times to create layers.
Once done, I refrigerate it and waited until Christmas to have it for our dessert.
