This is a restaurant with Greek and Mexican fusion cuisine, market product and with most of their vegetables cultivated by them in their own ecological orchard.
They have a short menu card, composed of ten dishes (not including desserts), among which we chose the following:
- Foie royal chocolates, coated of homemade cocoa butter and accompanied with mushrooms and raspberry jam (€10 dish).
- Raw fresh shrimp with garlic gazpacho and almond nougat, sheets of fresh almonds and raspberries (€13 dish).
- Red wine Reserve of 2005 (€28 bottle).
- Taco with its dough elaborated with tomato and stuffed with seasoned chicken thigh meat, fried chicken skin and guacamole and sour sauces (€12 dish).
- Wipes to clean your hands after the taco.
- Grilled scallop over roasted eggplant puree with prawn bread tile, edamame and Kalamatra black olive crumbs (€15 dish).
- Rice with hot creamy milk with black garlic and violet flowers (€11 dessert dish).
