Eating at "Disfrutar" restaurant - World's 9th Best Restaurant - Part 1 (The place) 👍👍👍👍

This is an experimental avant-garde cuisine restaurant with 31 main courses closed tasting menu (Disfrutar Classic) at €200 price with 11 wine pairing service at €95, other drinks not included. Currently they have ⭐4.8 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5. This restaurant is run by Oriol Castro, Eduard Xatruch and Mateu Casañas, three of the most famous chefs of the restaurant that was number one in the world for many years: El Bulli.

This restaurant has countless awards and recognitions: 2 Michelin stars, 3 Repsol suns, ranked 9th in The World's 50 Best Restaurants list and ranked 4th in The Best Chef Awards list, to name a few.

To book a table you have to call several months in advance; in my case, I was on the waiting list for 5 months but the experience, as you can imagine, is absolutely recommended for those who are passionate about gastronomy. With no doubts, is the best restaurant where I've ever eaten.
