Today I am here with the recipe of cutlet-an healthy snack
Ingredients -
- Bread
2 . Potatoes
3 .Oil
4 . sauce / ketchup ( choice)
Let's begin
- Boil potatoes and mash them well.
2 . Mash the bread with potatoes
3 . Add salt, turmeric powder, chilli powder , ajwain in it and mix it well.
4 . Now start making shapes of it as you wish.
5 . Now fry it (take 6-7 cutlet at a time)
6 . Finally it's ready.
