My daily food, stir-fry Tofu and Chickpeas

Hello everyone...
It's been a while since my last post. I've been pretty busy lately, so I'm having a bit of a hard time dividing my time between my work and creating content.
Even so, I hope all of you are well. This time I took the time to create content, but only menus that are easy to make. I hope you will like this. Let's get started!

STIR-FRY TOFU AND CHICKPEAS

THE INGREDIENTS

Chickpeas
Brown tofu
chili according to taste
3 cloves of Shallot
2 cloves of Garlic
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of powdered broth
2 tablespoon of cooking oil

STEP BY STEP

Step 1
cut tofu into small pieces

Step 2
Wash and cut the chickpeas into small pieces

Step 3
Chop the red onion, garlic and chili

Step 4
Heat a frying pan and pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. then saute garlic and onion until fragrant.

Step 5
Add chili and fry for a while. then add tofu and chickpeas, add salt and broth powder. Pour a little water so that the spices absorb and Stir well.

Step 6
After the spices are absorbed, turn off the stove and serve stir-fry on a plate.
