THE INGREDIENTS
Ground beef
Tapioca flour
5 cloves of garlic
8 cloves of shallot
Pepper
Beef broth
Salt
STEP BY STEP
Step 1
mash the garlic and pepper
Step 2
chopped shallots then fry until dry.
Step 3
Put the ground beef in a large bowl then mix with tapioca flour, mashed garlic and pepper, also fried shallots. Add salt and beef broth, mixed well.
Step 4
Boil water using a saucepan. pour a little cooking oil. After the water is boiling, enter the meatball mixture that has been in small round shapes.
Step 5
After the meatball floats, it's a sign that the meatball is ripe. After that, remove then drain the meatballs.
Sorry the shape of the meatball is not good because this is my first try 😂

Step 1
Mash the garlic, hazelnut, and pepper. Then saute with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil until fragrant
Step 2
Boil water in a saucepan, then add the sauteed spices.
Step 3
After boiling, add the mustard greens, meatballs, salt and beef broth.
Step 4
Add the chopped scallions and celery. then turn off the stove.
Step 5
Serve in a bowl then sprinkle with fried shallots.
Even though it's my first try, it tastes really good. I feel proud of myself. So far I can only buy meatballs when I want to eat them, but now I can make my own. I hope you like the recipes that I share.
