I want to share my daily cooking recipes. Not every day but I cook it a lot because it's so easy to make and it tastes good too.The name of this food is soy sauce tempeh. As the name suggests, the basic ingredients are tempeh and sweet soy sauce. I don't think anyone who comes from abroad has ever tried this. so I think it will be great if I share the recipe with everyone. Well, let's started!
Tempeh
2 cloves of garlic
2 cloves of shallot
Cooking oil
2 tablespoon of sweet soy sauce
2 tablespoon of water
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of powdered broth
3 chilies
Step 1
Cut the tempeh into the small pieces. then heat the cooking oil and fry the tempenya until cooked.
Step 2
After the tempeh is cooked, remove and drain
Step 3
Chop the chilies,shallot and garlic
Step 4
Heat a frying pan filled with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. Then add the garlic and shallots, saute until fragrant then add the chilies. Stir well, then add the tempeh and other ingredients.
Step 5
OCook until the soy sauce is absorbed into the tempeh and the water thickens. once cooked, remove and serve on a plate.
