Hello everyone!
How was your weekend?
Today I have a new recipe. It's actually more like desert. But this is a traditional recipe, so it seems that many of you who come from abroad are still unfamiliar with this food. I am very interested in sharing with you. I hope you will like this. Shall we start with the recipe?

Okay, let's start!

THE INGREDIENTS

500 gram cassava
250 gram Sugar (Accorsing to your taste)
1 teaspoon Salt
1000ml Water
2 pandan leaves
100ml coconut milk

STEP BY STEP

Step 1
Peel the cassava, removing both ends. After that cut according to taste.After that wash it clean.

Step 2
Put the cassava and water in a saucepan. Add pandan leaves and boil.

Step 3
Add coconut milk, then mix well.

Step 4
Add salt and sugar (you can also add brown sugar if you want). Stir well and cook on medium heat.

Step 5
Cook until the cassava is soft and the water has thickened. After that, turn off the stove and serve on a plate.
