En un bol vamos a poner el harina previamente cernida con un colador, el aceite, la sal, el polvo para hornear y vamos agregando el agua y mezclando todo los ingredientes, recomiendo ir poniendo el agua poco a poco hasta que hayas hecho una masa homogenea ya que todas las harinas no son iguales y algunas necesitan más humedad que otras.

Luego se saca la mezcla del bol y se amasa por lo menos de cinco a diez minutos hasta que la masa no se les pegue en la mano

Posteriormente, se pone la masa en un bol pueden agregar un poquito de harina en el fondo para que no se pegue. la tapamos con un paño y la dejamos reposar por unos treinta minutos.

Pasado el tiempo de reposo de la masa la estiramos, (si jugaste con plastilina es como hacer una culebra 😄) luego vamos a fracionar la tira de masa, después tomaras cada porción y harás un bolas con una de ellas, puedes colocar un poco de harina de trigo en la superficie donde reposarán las bolas de masa.

Ahora con la ayuda de un rodillo comenzamos estirar hasta formar una forma circular, personalmente me cuesta aún hacerlo perfectamente pero lo intento, también puedes usar plato y darle la forma circular perfecta si te gusta esa apariencia.
