Está pequeñita es mi sobrina y todos los meses tratamos entre su mamá y yo hacerle una torta para celebrar su vida. Ayer cumplió 8 meses y hoy le hicimos una torta de banana decorada en merengue italiano y muchas frutas, ella no sonríe mucho para la foto pero aún así esta foto quedó hermosa y la torta también quedó deliciosa.

She was 8 months old yesterday and today we made her a banana cake decorated in Italian meringue and lots of fruits, she does not smile much for the photo but this photo was still beautiful and the cake was also delicious.
Para hacer está torta de banana que se ha vuelto mi favorita😍 necesitamos:
- 2 tazas de harina de trigo.
- 1 taza de azúcar.
- media taza de mantequilla.
- media taza de agua o leche.
- 3 huevos.
- 1 banana madura.
- 1 cucharada de canela.
To make this banana cake that has become my favorite😍 we need:

Lo primero que vamos a hacer es separar las claras y las yemas. Ya que las claras las vamos a usar para hacer un merengue y agregarlo a nuestra mezcla.
