Feliz noche amigos, la verdad que hay días donde no hay muchas ganas de cocinar. Y hoy para el almuerzo hice unas salchichas guisadas, bastante fáciles de hacer y bien sabrosas.
Happy night friends, the truth is that there are days when there is not much desire to cook. And today for lunch I made some stewed sausages, quite easy to make and very tasty.
Para hacer estás salchichas guisadas necesitamos:
- salchichas.
- cebolla.
- tomate.
- ají.
- cilantro.
- salsa para pasta.
- sal.
- pimienta.
To make these stewed sausages we need:
- sausages.
- onion.
- tomato.
- chili
- coriander.
- pasta sauce.
- Salt.
- Pepper.
Vamos a comenzar cortando la cebolla finamente.
Let's start by chopping the onion finely.
Ahora también cortamos el ají finamente.
Now we also cut the chili finely.
Al tomate le retiramos las semillas y lo cortamos en cuadros pequeños.
We remove the seeds from the tomato and cut it into small squares.
Y ahora cortamos el cilantro.
And now we chop the coriander.
Las salchichas las corte en cuadritos pequeños también para que todo esté cortado del mismo tamaño.
I also cut the sausages into small squares so that everything is cut the same size.
Vamos a colocar a calentar el aceite, (el aceite tiene un poco de onoto) cuando el aceite está caliente colocamos el tomate, la cebolla, ají y cilantro.
We are going to heat the oil, (the oil has a little onoto) when the oil is hot we place the tomato, onion, chili and coriander.
Ahora agregamos las salchichas y dejamos cocinar un rato.
Now add the sausages and let cook for a while.
Ahora agregamos la salsa para pasta, sal y pimienta y un poquito de agua y dejamos cocinar.

Y así queda nuestras salchichas guisadas. Son deliciosas.
