Feliz noche amigos hoy consenti a todos en casa y les prepare unas deliciosas galletas de canela para la merienda. La verdad que son muy fáciles de preparar y sin ideales para acompañar una deliciosa taza de café.

Para hacer estas galletas necesitamos:
- 300 gr de harina de trigo.
- 100 gr de azúcar.
- 200 gr de mantequilla sin sal.
- 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
To make these cookies we need:
- 300 gr of wheat flour.
- 100 grams of sugar.
- 200 gr of unsalted butter.
- 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
En un recipiente colocamos la mantequilla y la azúcar y vamos a batir hasta lograr tener una mezcla homogénea.
In a bowl, place the butter and sugar and beat until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Luego de batir bien la mantequilla y la azúcar agregamos la 1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo.
After beating the butter and sugar well, add the 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder.
Así luce la mezcla cuando integramos bien la canela.

Ahora vamos a comenzar a colocar la harina de trigo y vamos a ir integrando bien con una espátula.

En un recipiente vamos a colocar un poco de azúcar y canela y vamos a pasar las galletas aún calientes para que esto se pegue en las galletas.
