Good night friends. Today I want to share with you the step by step of how I made these cauliflower and chicken croquettes.
Para hacer estás croquetas necesitamos:
- 1 coliflor.
- 1/2 taza de pollo.
- 2 huevos.
- 1/2 taza de harina de trigo.
- 1/2 cebolla.
- especias en polvo(cúrcuma, perejil, orégano)
- sal.
- cebollín.
To make these croquettes we need:
- 1 cauliflower.
- 1/2 cup of chicken.
- 2 eggs.
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour.
- 1/2 onion.
- powdered spices (turmeric, parsley, oregano)
- salt.
- chives.
Lo primero que voy a hacer es cortar el coliflor y cocinarlo un poco.
The first thing I'm going to do is cut up the cauliflower and cook it a bit.
Ahora en un bolw voy a colocar el coliflor que ya cocine antes.

Voy a cortar la cebolla, ajo y cebollín. Esto lo corte bien pequeño.

Ahora voy a agregar el pollo desmenuzado.

Ahora a está mezcla le vamos a colocar los 2 huevos.

Y por último agregamos un poquito de sal y la harina de trigo y mezclamos muy bien.
