Carrot cake🎂🥕🥕

Feliz noche amigos. Hoy hice esta receta que puse a prueba y quedamos encantados, mi abuelo esta cumpliendo 87 años hoy y como todos los años le hice una torta para celebrar la vida y aquí compartire la receta.

Los ingredientes que necesitamos son los siguientes:

• 300 gr de harina de trigo todo uso.

• 15 gr de canela.

• 8 gr de polvo de hornear.

• 12 gr de bicarbonato.

• sal.

• 335 gr de azúcar.

• 180 ml de aceite.

• 4 huevos.

• 180 gr de piña.

• 400 gr de zanahoria.

• 8 g of baking powder.

• 12 g of bicarbonate.

• 180 ml of oil.

Comenzamos colocando todos nuestros ingredientes secos juntos. Colocamos la harina, sal, canela, bicarbonato y polvo de hornear e integramos bien.

• We start by putting all of our dry ingredients together. We put the flour, salt, cinnamon, bicarbonate and baking powder and integrate well.

Rallamos bien toda la zanahoria que mas adelante colocamos en nuestra mezcla.

• We grate all the carrot well that later we place in our mixture.

Colocamos los huevos en un bold y comenzamos a batir con nuestra batidora.

• We place the eggs in a bold and begin to beat with our mixer.

Cuando ya hemos batido los huevos por un rato le vamos colocando la azúcar, poco a poco.

• When we have beaten the eggs for a while, we add the sugar, little by little.

Luego a nuestros huevos le agregamos el aceite.

Agregamos los ingredientes secos que unimos anteriormente.

Es el momento de agregar mas sabor a esta mezcla. Agregamos la zanahoria y mezclamos bien.

Y por ultimo agregamos la piña que picamos en pequeños trozos..

• And finally we add the pineapple which we chop into small pieces.

Así de deliciosa luce nuestra mezcla de torta de zanahoria.

Nuestra torta estuvo en el horno aproximadamente 1 hora y así luce ya cocida.

• Our cake was in the oven for about 1 hour and so it looks already cooked.
