En está oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes Un Rico plato de Bagre guisado que quise acompañar con arroz y Aguacate.

Hello my dear Hivers who live daily in this beautiful hive I hope they are full of great health a strong virtual hug, especially to the friends of the @FoodiesBeeHive community. In this opportunity I want to share with you a delicious dish of stewed catfish that I wanted to accompany with rice and avocado.

1er paso: Lo primero que haremos es lavar los aliños y cortarlo para sofreír con un poquito de aceite en una sarten.

1st step: The first thing we will do is wash the dressings and cut them to fry with a little oil in a pan.

2do paso: Luego con el pescado previamente lavado lo incorporamos en los aliños añadiendo un poco de sal mezclamos y tapamos para que vaya sudando y agarrando gusto en unos cuantos minutos.

2nd step: Then, with the previously washed fish, we incorporate it into the dressings, adding a little salt, mix and cover so that it is sweating and taking on flavor in a few minutes.

3er paso: Para finalizar servimos todos mis amigos Hivers y listo para desgutar. Buen provecho!
