ADOBONG PUSIT/SQUID

Good day everyone, hope you're having a nice day. This time I'm going share to you these verypopular comfort Filipino dish Adobo. There man types and ways in coking adobo but this time I will cook adobong pusit/squid.

Small to medium sized squids are highly recommended because they are more flavorful compared to the large ones. And the ingredients are simple and easy to find and get, you just can buy it in any sari2x store everywhere.

INGREDIENTS:

VINEGAR
SOY SAUCE
SUGAR
GARLIC
SQUID

You can cook the squid whole but this I sliced it for better flavor. Combine squid, salt, soy sauce, and vinegar in a bowl. Mix well. You can also add the ink in this step. Marinate for at least 12 minutes. Start to cook adobong pusit by sauteeing the garlic. Pour all the marinade ingredients into the pan. Then add the squid, Let it simmer for up to 2-3 minutes or until the sauce is thick then add sugar.

Serve with rice and sauce.
