¡Hola amigos! hoy les traigo una receta especialmente preparada para los niños, se trata de una pasta corta con carne molida o picada, acompañada con rodajas de plátano frito, digo especialmente para niños porque esta carne la preparé especialmente para que mi nieto Gael de 4 años pudiera comerla sin quitarle las verduras a la carne porque no le gusta sentir la cebolla ni el pimentón en la carne, además su único condimento es la sal, es importante complacer a los niños y buscar la manera de que consuman alimentos que son necesarios para su crecimiento.

- Lo primero que hago es preparar la carne picada o molida, para esto tomé una sartén y agregué media cucharada de aceite, luego agregué la carne y le puse un poco de sal, la dejé cocinar hasta que la carne estuviera cocida, luego agregué la cebolla en la licuadora para licuarla y la agregué a la carne, ahora licúo la mitad del pimiento verde y rojo, lo agregué a la carne, la tapé y la dejé cocinar por unos minutos. Esta carne molida está lista.

- Ahora preparo la pasta corta para ello tomo una olla con agua la pongo a cocinar a fuego alto cuando está hirviendo agrego la pasta la revuelvo muy bien para que no se pegue le agrego sal y la dejo cocinar, cuando está suave la apago y escurro la pasta con un colador, luego agrego mantequilla a la olla y agrego la pasta y ya está lista.
