Hoy una receta muy fácil de hacer y deliciosa también es algo diferente y te va a encantar porque el cilantro es una hierba aromática que da un sabor exquisito a las comidas sobre todo a las cremas, ensaladas y caldos, a mí me gusta mucho comer esta hierba y es fácil conseguirla.

Los ingredientes a utilizar en esta receta son: // The ingredients to be used in this recipe are:
- 1/2 pechuga de pollo
- 2 cucharadas de mantequilla

- 1 diente de ajo

- Lo primero que hago es cortar la pechuga de pollo en trozos luego la lavo y la sazono con sal y pimienta luego la pongo la sartén en la cocina pongo las dos cucharadas de mantequilla cuando está derretida agrego el pollo lo dejo cocinar por ambos lados hasta que esté cocido y las pechugas de pollo estén listas.

- Ahora preparo la salsa de cilantro para ello lo primero que hago es lavar muy bien las hierbas de cilantro con agua y las corto hasta obtener media taza de cilantro, luego preparo el caldo de pollo lo hago con medio cubo de pollo lo agrego en una taza de agua y lo pongo a cocer y listo este caldo de pollo.
