Feliz tarde querida comunidad, ayer estuve de visita dónde mis suegros y después compartir un rico almuerzo ellos hicieron unos deliciosos y esponjosos ponquesitos hornedos en latas de atún para la merienda.
Les muestro como.
√ 1 kilo de harína de trigo
√ 1 kilo de azúcar
√ 1/2 kilo de margarina
√ 6 huevos
√ 2 cucharadas de vainilla
√ 2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear
√ 3 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
√ 1/2 litro de leche
Esta cantidad es para 30 ponquesitos grandes.

• Se cuela la harina de trigo para evitar grumos, se agregan las 2 cucharadas de Polvo de hornear luego en un ayudante de cocina se vierte la margarina y el azúcar removiendo con una cuchara de madera, posteriormente se mezcla todo muy bien con el ayudante de cocina.
• Strain the wheat flour to avoid lumps, add the 2 tablespoons of baking powder then in a kitchen assistant pour the margarine and sugar stirring with a wooden spoon, then mix everything very well with the assistant of kitchen room.
• Luego se integran los huevos, la vainilla, la harina de trigo poco a poco y la leche, se sigue removiendo hasta obtener una mezcla homogénea y un poco espesa.
• Then the eggs, vanilla, wheat flour and milk are integrated little by little, continue stirring until obtaining a homogeneous and a little thick mixture.
• En una taza se colocan 5 cucharadas de la mezcla con el cacao y un poquito de leche, se revuelve muy bien.

• Luego se vierte la mezcla en las latas de atún previamente engrasadas con margarina, se le echa un poco de cacao por encima y se llevan al horno precalentado a 180 grados por 25 mm.

• Horneados los ponquesitos se sacan y se dejan enfriar para desmoldar.
