Saludos apreciados amigos hivers, feliz mitad de semana, hoy preparé para el almuerzo unos deliciosos espaguetis con salsa bechamel, receta que aprendí de mi mamá y hace un tiempo no hacia, la comparto con ustedes.

Greetings dear friends hivers, happy midweek, today I prepared for lunch some delicious spaghetti with béchamel sauce, a recipe that I learned from my mother and did not make a while ago, I share it with you.

Ingredientes

✓ Harina de trigo
✓ Leche en polvo
✓ 1 cebolla grande
✓ Mantequilla
✓ Espaguetis
✓ Sal al gusto

Ingredients

✓ Wheat flour
✓ Milk powder
✓ 1 large onion
✓ Butter
✓ Spaghetti
✓ Salt to taste

Preparación

• Se licúa la cebolla, luego la sofreímos en una sartén con 2 cucharadas de mantequilla, integramos bien.

• Se licúa en 200 ml de agua 4 cucharadas grandes de leche y 2 cucharadas de harina de trigo, luego vertemos en la sartén.

• Agregamos sal al gusto, removemos constantemente a fuego bajo hasta que espese.

Preparation

• The onion is liquefied, then we fry it in a pan with 2 tablespoons of butter, we integrate well.

• Blend 4 large tablespoons of milk and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour in 200 ml of water, then pour into the pan.

• Add salt to taste, stir constantly over low heat until thick.

• En una olla con agua hirviendo colocamos los espaguetis, removemos, esperamos que se cocinen y colamos.

• In a pot with boiling water we place the spaghetti, stir, wait for them to cook and strain.

Listo todo, servimos, colocamos queso rayado, decoramos con unas hojitas de orégano y
degustamos este delicioso plato.

Everything is ready, we serve, place grated cheese, decorate with some oregano leaves and
we taste this delicious dish.
