Today I am sharing a delicious recipe that was my home lunch, I am talking about some pieces of meat with vegetables that I rest on a bed of eggplant, this recipe is a bit long, but I can assure you from the bottom of my heart 😍that its result is surprising , as my father says, you take time to cook, but you always surprise us 😚, they are words that feed my soul a lot. « Oregano y sal al gusto..
I have used the following ingredients:

- Remove the seeds from the paprika, the shells from the onions, wash them, cut them into small squares, and take them to fry in a previously hot pan with oil🙃.

3.-Wash the aubergines😌, cut them into circles, take them to roast in a previously hot pan over medium heat. Once roasted, let them rest on a plate as shown below:

4.-Once the meat is soft, we add it to the fried vegetables, add salt and oregano to taste, let it cook for about five minutes and place it on the bed of eggplants 😚.
