Desde que el árbol de guayabas de mi casa comenzó a dar frutos tenía en mente hacer este postre, los cascos de guayaba son dulce con un toque cítrico delicioso, combinar los suaves cascos con queso y galletas resulta algo maravilloso, dulce y salado en un mismo platillo, una real perfección, no son muchos los ingredientes guayabas, azúcar, ralladura de limón, canela o vainilla, con eso tendrás resuelta la receta, la mayoría de los pasos implica esperar, así que tampoco es laborioso. La guayaba es un fruto con el que se pueden hacer innumerables postres, bizcochos, mermeladas, gelatinas, cremas y claro; cascos, los invito a seguir la preparación.

Para que los cascos no se deshagan en el líquido el truco es no mezclar tanto como les indiqué en los pasos, solo mover de vez en cuando de forma suave, si desean puede añadir canela en concha y clavos de olor, les dará aún más sabor a los cascos de guayaba, dime en los comentarios si has probado guayaba de esta manera, gracias por llegar hasta aquí.
