Today I got another Swedish delicacy for lunch, pannbiff. It's minced beef and pork mixt together and fried in a pan.
The meat and potato tasted a bit blend and sweet but when it's served with the sour and fruity lingonberry it tasted very interesting and tasty!
I never thought I could be able to eat all that food but suddenly the plate was empty.
