Hey Foodies! I had bought a Bok Choy the other day. This is the first time I have never seen one in the supermarkets, we normally don't have these unless its in the more high end supermarkets where I tend to shop more often these days.
I found a simple recipe online and I just made that.
Here’s what I use:
1 Bok Choy
200g Mushrooms
1 Broth cube
1 liter water
3 cloves of Garlic.
Instructions & Cooking Times:
I just cook the rice on the side and added everything into the mix :D
