Low Protein Vegan Dish

Hey Foodies!
So I am trying the McDougall "diet" or the way of eating. So I will be eating a shit ton of starch and veggies with little to none protein :D

According to Lifesum, I have eaten 52g of protein today and thats without even trying and I feel great.! I know its only been one day haha :P

350g of Potatoes
1 Leak
Veggies

20g of Plant Mayo
10g of Mustard
20g of Tomato puré
2g of Syrup xD
