Hello foodie,
How are you all? I hope you are happy and healthy.Today i will share my daughter's favourite recipe of chicken seekh kabab. Bursting with spices and flavors, these kebabs are sure to impress your guests at any gathering. I will share the step-by-step recipe for seekh kabab with you.

Ingredients:
500g chicken (small pieces)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil, for greasing and cooking
** Preparation:**
Instead of using ground chicken, take whole chicken pieces and place them in a strainer to drain excess water. Then, grind the chicken pieces. Doing this ensures that the minced chicken will not retain any water, resulting in better kebabs. And make a paste of coriander leaves, green chilli and garlic.

First, roast the gram flour on a pan without oil, and Fry half of the onions until golden brown and make a paste out of them. And Grate the remaining onions and squeeze out the water from them, then discard the water.

Now In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated onion, fried onion paste, coriander leaves chatni, chilli flakes, ginger garlic paste ,turmaric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, red chili powder, kasoori methi and salt. Add melted butter and mix everything together until well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let the mixture marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Take handfuls of the marinated chicken mixture and mold them onto skewers, shaping them into long, sausage-like shapes. Wet your hands with water to prevent the mixture from sticking.

Lightly grease a non-stick pan or skillet with oil to prevent sticking. Place the skewers on the greased pan or skillet and cook over medium heat. Turn the skewers occasionally to ensure even cooking. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until the kebabs are cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the pan and serve hot with onion rings and mint chutney on the side.

Enjoy these flavorful Chicken Seekh Kebabs as an appetizer . They're perfect for any occasion and are sure to be a hit with your family and friends!
