If you have been following me and reading my blog, you surely have noticed how much I love cooking!
Well everyday I try to cook something new and enjoy with family!
On top of tajines and other Moroccan classic foods, I love cooking sweets too...specially the Moroccan ones!
Let me share some photos of the ones I really prepared!
Almond Bastella!
I made these pastilla during Ramadan and they came out super delicious!
I always use the best products available to make my pastries...mainly almond, peanuts and sesame!
And for sweetening...I mostly use pure honey!
This one is called Gazelle Horns, which requires a lot of process before making...but so yummy!
This is my eid platter...all homemade...by me!
Last but not least...the so famous baklavas!
