Pensando en todo esto, la nostalgia me trajo a la memoria un desayuno que estimaba mucho de chico en el campo donde vivíamos, el consiste en:
Queso casero y queso probolone, el pan es casero pero con el detalle de que el mismo contiene chicharron, sabemos que dicho chicharron se elabora cortando trozos pequeños de la carne de cerdo, mejor ahun cuando esta contiene grasa, la cual freírse deja la grasa y esta toma forma tostada y crocante dejando así un sabroso bocado, el cual se usa para estos casos, el pan casero.
Bueno esta foto podemos observar los huevos fritos, los cuales son primordiales en los desayunos de campo, lo decía mi abuela por los nutrientes que contienen los mismos,, todo esto acompañado con mate cosido, cortado con leche de campo o sea recién ordeñada, bueno amigos espero les haya agradado esta manera de degustar este sabroso desayuno de campo, así que quedo a la espera de sus comentarios.
