Hola a todos llego el domingo amigos para existe un detalle este domingo 19-09 es mi cumpleaños nada mas que 61 , le doy tanta gracia a nuestro SEÑOR, porque hasta aquí me ayudo y lo seguirá haciendo, de tal manera por ser mi día no me toco hacer el asado, me tome el día libre jajajaj, pero para compartir con mi familia con un excelente asado, el cual contiene.

Me quede a la expectativa observando la elaboración de dicho asado, ya que me prohibieron que lo hiciera yo, la verdad ni siquiera tuve que decir una palabra referente al proceso de cocción, muy parecido de como lo hago yo, a fuego lento, poca brasa pero constante, primero coloco el vacío, cuando dio vuelta a este recién coloco el resto de la carne y achura, pobre parrilla no quedo lugar para nada, la verdad excelente.
Referente a la ensalada, justo las que son de mi agrado, por supuesto, una de repollo colorado rayado bien fino, con zanahoria rayada también, sal, aceite de oliva y limón, la otra ensalada rusa, de papa cortada en daditos,, huevo duro, cebolla, mayonesa, sal y un poco de aceite de oliva y la ultima de remolacha cortada en julianas muy finas, con cebolla, ajo, sal y aceite de oliva, la verdad para mi todo esto es un banquete, al degustar todo esto con la familia es lo mas lindo que nos puede pasar, mas cuando se trata de un día especial como lo es mi cumpleaños.
Como podrán ver mi post de hoy una poco cortito, pero la verdad es la ansiedad por compartir y festejar los 61 años de vida y en familia, que para mi es el mejor regalo que pueda existir.
