Ingredientes:
• 25 gr de gelatina de frambuesa
• 250 ml de agua caliente
• 250 ml de agua fría
• 395 gr de leche condensada
• 200 gr de crema batida
Ingredients:
• 25 gr of raspberry jelly
• 250 ml of hot water
• 250 ml cold water
• 395 gr of condensed milk
• 200 gr of whipped cream
Paso 1
Colocamos en la licuadora la gelatina con el agua caliente; luego, agregamos el agua fría, la leche condensada, la crema batida y se integran todos los ingredientes.

We put the gelatin with the hot water in the blender; then, we add the cold water, the condensed milk, the whipped cream and all the ingredients are integrated.
Paso 2
La mezcla la colocamos en un envase, y la llevamos al congelador por 2 horas.
Step 2
We place the mixture in a container, and we take it to the freezer for 2 hours.
Paso 3
Transcurridas las 2 horas, colocamos la mezcla en otro envase y procedemos a batir durante 6 minutos y llevamos, nuevamente al congelador por 6 horas.
Step 3
After 2 hours, we place the mixture in another container and proceed to beat for 6 minutes and take, again to the freezer for 6 hours.
Paso 4
Transcurridas las 6 horas retiramos nuevamente el helado del congelador, batimos y llevamos al congelador por 6 horas más.
Step 4
After 6 hours we remove the ice cream from the freezer again, beat and put it in the freezer for 6 more hours.
Paso 5
Sirve el helado en copas.

Serve the ice cream in glasses.
