This winter have a Veg Manchow Soup

This Chinese soup is very popular all over the world and in India as it is very easy to prepare at home and required easily available ingredients.
Usually we like to have tomato soup but this is the first time I prepare this soup on my kids demand.
This dark brown to black color soup is prepared by using various vegetables, different sauces and corn flour as a thickening agent. This sour and spicy preparation is served with crispy fried noodles.
Ingredients required

  • Different chopped vegetables like Cabbage, Beans, Carrot, Onion etc.
  • Different sauces like Soy Sauce, Red Chili Sauce and Green Chili Sause
  • Spices like Ginger, Garlic, Black Pepper, Green Chili, Spring Onion, and Green Coriander etc.
  • Salt and White Vinegar
  • Noodles and Vegetable oil

Procedure

  • Sauté all chopped vegetables in little oil.
  • Add water and heat.
  • Add oy Sauce, Red Chili Sauce and Green Chili Sause according to taste.
  • Mean time boil the noodles and deep fry half the quantity of boiled noodles.
  • Add boiled noodles to the preparation.
  • Add corn flour by dissolving in the water and little black pepper powder.
  • Bring it to a boil and simmer for couple of minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onion and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with fried noodles.
